Over the course of my years within IT, I have been apart of multitude of projects and  held a variety of roles and responsibilities.  Here you will find some of more memorable, fun and challenging projects I have come across.  All of these projects have an aspect of difficulty and some unfortunately haven’t gone as well as were planned or thought of.  I encourage you to take a look and review the various projects.  I try to recap a short synopsis of each project to give you a quick glimpse of what was going on.

Project Listings:

Resource Management – selecting a tool the suits our business needs: fall 2015

Challenge: management requested a tool that would allow them to keep track of resources and projects.
Timeline: Approximately 2 months
Requirement: Primarily one, ability to see resources on our projects, but also list of projects and what resources are assigned to them

HRMS – the project “from hell”: January 2015

Challenge: human resources and recruiting requested a HRMS system to automate and streamline many HR functions into one tool.
Timeline: Approximately 9 months
Requirement: Initially, this tool was intended to handle payroll functions. Reqs grew to include many of the technical functions of HR and Recruiting.
