I’ve spent more than 20 years in the technology industry in some form or fashion. As an “early adopter,” I am always searching for and discovering new and ground-breaking technologies. Right out of the gate I can say – not all new technology is necessarily “good” tech but I enjoy the process of discovery, testing and feedback.

Working in the administration side of technology over the last two decades, I have developed a unique perspective on the joy and pain in implementing tech and making organizational changes through that technology.

People are key in the technology industry and rather than pushing unwanted technology at begrudging teams, I want to understand the needs we have and assist each person in better completing their tasks and work effectively and with pride. Ultimately, technology must somehow add value to the work of a business and to the teams that complete the work.
